The organizers of Last Frontiers in Quantum Information Science-6
intend it to be a small, focussed meeting bringing together leading
and up-and-coming researchers and research students in quantum information
theory. The aim is to present new results (or even new research directions
without results yet) with lots of time to discuss. The
program will
consist of a limited number of invited talks with considerable time
for discussion. PhD students and postdocs are very welcome and encouraged
to participate.
The Last Frontiers in Quantum Information Science Workshop is dedicated to
a harassment-free workshop experience for everyone. Our anti-harassment
policy can be found here.

This year LFQIS will be presenting a public lecture on the evening of 22 July
2019 at 7 pm in the University of Alaska Anchorage's Rasmuson Hall. Ben Schmuaker
of Kenyon College will speak on "Six Impossible Things: an exploration of the
strange and wonderful world of quantum physics". This lecture is free and open
to the public. See the flyer for this
